Water Gap Wellness offers specialized clinical care, supported by a team of specialized psych providers and clinicians. We offer individualized treatment where clients can select their own curriculum alongside their assigned therapist. We provide multiple individual sessions per week, family sessions, care continuum options including PHP with housing, IOP with housing, and Extended Care, and small focused groups allowing for us to support diverse clinical needs and enhanced client engagement/retention.

We are listed on the National Problem Gambling website as a preferred provider. Three specialized clinical groups each week explore the psychology and neurobiology of gambling behavior, financial and relational consequences, and its link to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our team includes two therapists certified in gambling treatment.


Treatment for compulsive behaviors including gambling, sexual behavior, technology use, shopping, and other behavioral addictions that disrupt emotional and relational stability. Clients develop insight into triggers and learn healthier coping strategies.


Programming designed for first responders, military personnel, healthcare workers, and union professionals. Groups address trauma exposure, occupational burnout, vicarious trauma, compartmentalization, and family strain.


Evidence-based OCD treatment including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, DBT, and ACT. Clients learn to challenge intrusive thoughts, regulate anxiety, and reduce compulsive behaviors.


Clinical support for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s, and Neurodivergence. Groups address executive functioning, emotional regulation, communication, relationship development, and goal achievement


Therapeutic groups helping clients process traumatic or complicated loss and rebuild connection, meaning, and emotional balance.


Our clinicians support individuals experiencing chronic suicidal ideation, depression, and hopelessness through compassionate, safety-focused care.


Certified trauma therapists provide EMDR, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and expressive therapies including art, music, and mindfulness.


Culturally competent treatment addressing identity development, family dynamics, gender dysphoria, and relational stress.


Certified addiction professionals (CAAC, CADC, CRS) provide relapse prevention, dual diagnosis treatment, AA/NA meetings, and SMART Recovery groups.


Groups for ages 18–30 focusing on identity formation, independence, relationships, impulse control, and social media stressors.
