Deep TMS Therapy

When traditional medications and talk therapy aren’t enough, true recovery requires a more comprehensive approach. Water Gap Wellness is proud to announce the integration of BrainsWay Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS) into our premier Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.

By combining cutting-edge medical technology with our clinical, holistic wrap-around care, we provide a powerful, dual-pathway solution for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that uses gentle magnetic fields to stimulate underactive neurons in areas of the brain that regulate mood and behavior.

Unlike standard, traditional TMS that only targets the surface level, our BrainsWay machine utilizes a patented H-Coil technology. This allows the magnetic pulses to reach deeper and broader structures of the brain, maximizing clinical effectiveness and ensuring a more comfortable treatment experience.

While many clinics offer standalone, brief TMS appointments, Water Gap Wellness integrates this highly effective biological treatment into a structured, daily therapeutic community. Treating the brain’s biology while simultaneously addressing psychological trauma and behavioral patterns yields significantly higher long-term success rates.

Patients receive Deep TMS sessions directly on-site alongside intensive individual therapy, group sessions, family counseling, and medical management.

We address the root mental health struggles (Depression, OCD, Anxiety) that so frequently drive substance abuse and addiction.

Incorporating Deep TMS directly into PHP/IOP scheduling removes a massive barrier to care. Because patients are already on-site for their daily program, there is no need to worry about scheduling, commuting to, or managing separate outpatient medical appointments—everything happens seamlessly in one place.
